Ristretto Room

Our Ristretto Room is a casual private event space available for meetings or parties. The room can accommodate 15 seated guests or up to 30 standing guests.  The room has a large conference room table and multiple additional small round tables. You can enter The Ristretto Room from its separate entrance off of South St. or through our main dining room.  The space is equipped with a speaker system available for your use plus a large whiteboard.

Your guests may purchase food and drink at our main counter or you may opt to have a privately staffed espresso bar in the Ristretto Room.

Policies

A deposit will be required, at the time of booking.

Reservations must be made 3 days in advance.

Cancelations will be subject to full or partial forfeiture of the deposit according to the following schedule: 


Canceled more than 48 hours prior Full Refund
Canceled 24-48 hours prior 50% Refund
Canceled less than 24 hours prior No Refund

Once the time period allotted for your reservation has passed, the room must be returned to its normal set up and opened to our guests who are outside of your private party. If 15 minutes past your reservation period, the room is still being utilized as your private event space, we reserve the right to request that you pay to extend your reservation an additional hour. 

Expectation of Courtesy:
We ask you to be courteous to all of our customers while you are in use of the Ristretto Room.  The Ristretto Room will be reserved for your group, however, our main dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms will all be in normal operations during your reservation. Greyhouse can be a bustling restaurant.
