Gravity never tasted so good. This little beauty makes one nice single cup of coffee. Show your friends how fancy pants you are as you slowly pour hot water over fresh grounds and into the cup waiting beneath.
Our ideal pour over brew with the Large 102 Dripper is using 24 grams of coffee ground to a Auto-Drip grind dialed in to a slightly coarse setting. After pre-wetting the filter, use roughly 22 oz of water fresh off the boil. Pour the bloom, or pre-wet the grounds and wait for 30 seconds. After the 30 seconds has passed, pour the remainder of the water in the dripper in a tight circular motion in the center, avoiding the edge. Maintain the bloom throughout the pour. Your kettle should be empty after about 1:30 to 1:45 mins.
